Capo Galera Boat & Breakfast

Boat & Breakfast Alghero

Travelling I learned one thing that every traveler knows: every place, every town that you visit has a soul to be discovered and has a place which is always more interesting then others. Each of those corners have to be found and unterstood.

Alghero is a seaside town: Alghero is also a harbour. For nine hundred years human beings have built houses, fortress, towers and churches around the precious fresh water well which is still the bellybutton of the ancient town.

It is a matter of point view: to be able to understand Alghero, you must watch this beautiful town from the sea or even better from the harbour.

Hande is my boat: a beautiful two-mast gulet which is moored under the ramparts in front of “Porta a Mare” when it is not sailing along the coasts of Sardinia.

Hande offers our guests the possibility to pass the night just in front of the old town of Alghero, in confortable cabins. The breakfast will be served either on deck when the weather is good, or in the ample living room.

Then, down from the gangway, you can explore Alghero like sailors just landed, following the footsteps of the many fishermen, warriors, merchants, who built this town, stone by stone, over the centuries.

A Bed & Breakfast on a boat; a Boat & Breakfast, why not?

A unique experience, that you can't miss; the best point of view to look at Alghero.
